This Grade II listed building situated in the historical location of Carrow Hill, Norwich is due for completion in 2025.

Planning permission has been granted to transform the building, which was once known as The Wilderness, into two luxury homes situated alongside the Black Tower, part of the original Norwich city wall.

Due to the historical nature of the project, we’re working closely with the local Heritage Impact Assessor to ensure we remain within the necessary restrictions to maintain its historical importance.
