Our Ethos

Rob Ravilious, Will Dunne and Jemma Dunne, work hard to inject new life and ideas through stylish yet practical planning, design and construction.

This predominantly means converting and developing homes throughout Norfolk’s countryside, its villages and seaside towns. These include picturesque Holt, Sheringham, Cromer, Wells-next-the-Sea, Sheringham and surroundings areas.

As a team we are committed to providing high quality homes within Norfolk. We truly understand the Norfolk market, where there is a unsatisfied demand for second homes as well as quality finishing. We are very active in finding the opportunities, be it plots of land or neglected buildings which we can bring back to their original character.

    Rob and Will both have backgrounds in engineering, and extensive experience in house renovation and property development.

    With the compliment of Jemma, who is passionate about design and finishing touches, the team create beautiful new homes without losing the architectural relevance and history of Norfolk’s architecture.

  • Joint Business Owners

    Will and Jemma have lived in North Norfolk for the majority of their lives and successfully poured their hearts and soul into individual projects in the local area. Such experience means they understand the local property market exceptionally well.

    Rob recently became a local resident, moving to Holt in 2019 with his family. He brings a wealth of experience in finding funding and renovating multi-properties in the North West of England and Wales.

    Now, as joint business owners, their combined expertise is a major benefit to the Ilex Homes brand.
